The Artist - Jim Potts
My idea for these signs came from my grandfather's old barn in Eastern Tennessee. It was falling in and the community was changing. I took some of the lumber from the barn and carved gifts for my family so they could preserve something meaningful from the past. People liked them and I kept carving for other family and friends.
Now they are available to you too!

We live on an old farm, at the end of a hollar, near the crest of the Blue
Ridge Mountains of North Carolina. The carving studio (second building
from the left) is a converted building that was used to raise animals.
